Nicole Sidlauskas

As Vice President of Finance & Operations, Nicole is responsible for managing the financial, information technology, human resource, facilities management and administrative functions of Legacy. Nicole obtained a degree in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and started her career in a Big 4 public accounting firm’s audit practice, earning her CPA license. She went on to receive her MBA in Finance from San Francisco State University. Nicole has been with Legacy since its inception, bringing with her over 25 years of accounting and operations experience obtained in a variety of senior positions at both public and private companies. Her varied roles have included mergers and acquisitions, enterprise system implementations, audit and tax liaison and complex financial modeling.
