Vice President, Senior Account Manager
Helene is responsible for Key Client Management, monitoring industry and market changes, handling the renewal process, including pricing negotiations, placement and account management.
Helene started her career in insurance on the carrier side as an underwriter. After seven years, she moved to the brokerage side and is now a Senior Account Manager. Helene holds an ARM designation (Associate in Risk Management) and continues to attend insurance specific courses of study to enhance the service she provides to our clients.
