Karla joined Legacy in 2021 to continue to work alongside Jim Salisbury. She has over 20 years in the insurance industry and spent the past seven years at Arthur J. Gallagher as a Client Service Account Manager. She has managed a variety of commercial accounts including restaurants, real estate, retail, and construction.
Karla is responsible for the overall account management and day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts. She takes pride in providing her clients with excellent service - loyalty to her clients and team is a priority. Karla looks forward in furthering her insurance career and to new opportunities. She is attending insurance specific courses to continue to improve the service she provides to her clients.
